Workshop „Ich bin das Material„ HBK Saarbrücken (seit 2012)
In meinen workshops wird Performance sowohl als Mittel zur Reflektion, als auch als Option zur besonderen Konzentration vorgestellt. Körper, Geist und Biografie sind das Material aus dem das innere Thema der Arbeit einer Person entsteht. Ich begleite auf der Suche nach den zentralen Fragen, die das jeweilige Thema mit sich bringt und begreife Performance dabei als Transformationsprozess eines Ist- Zustands hin zu einer Veränderung. Der künstlerische Prozess selbst wird anders als in jedem anderen Medium bildhaft.

In my workshops, performance is presented both as a means of reflection and as an option for special concentration. Body, mind and biography are the material from which the inner theme of a person’s work emerges. I accompany the search for the central questions that the respective theme entails and understand performance as a transformation process of an actual state towards a change. The artistic process itself becomes pictorial, unlike in any other medium.
