Vielleicht weil irgendwo im eigenen Glaubenssatz noch ein Fehler steckt ? Eine letzte innere Unsicherheit, ob man sich das wirklich gönnen darf?, ob man es sich „wert“ ist?, die finanzielle Fülle. Und wie man auch hier seinen Glaubenssatz noch anpassen kann, „dafür gibt es einen kostenlosen online workshop, gleich hier unter dem Video verlinkt“, erklärt einem die Protagonistin dieser Videoperformance.

Aber wie können wir diese letzten Skrupel überwinden, wenn doch gleichzeitig an anderen Orten auf der Erde, Kinder in Minen nach Koltan schürfen, aus dem für uns, Menschen der reichen Industrienationen, Handys hergestellt werden, auf denen wir kostenlose workshops zur individuellen Bereicherung anschauen?
Wie vereinbaren wir das mit Menschlichkeit?

In der Videoperformance „Finanzielle Fülle“ hat die Protagonistin augenscheinlich keinen Bock mehr. Keinen Bock auf Selbstdarstellung, auf Selbstoptimierung, auf Kapitalismus.
Und trotzdem nimmt sie dieses Video auf. Trotz Selbstironie, bleibt die Brutalität eines ausbeuterischen Umgangs mit sich selbst erhalten; in dem auch dieses Video zu einem Versuch wird, auf reißerische Art, zweifelhafte Sichtbarkeit und damit „finanzielle Fülle“ zu erlangen.

No more financial worries, and without having to work hard for it. Who wouldn’t want that?

But who is smart enough to achieve this for themselves and then enjoy a life of luxury?

Coaches who coach other coaches on how to explain to others how to earn six figures a month tell everyone how easy it is.

Why doesn’t everyone just do it?

Maybe because there’s still a flaw somewhere in your own belief system? A final inner uncertainty about whether you really deserve it, whether you are “worthy” of financial abundance. But how can we overcome these last scruples when, at the same time, children in other parts of the world are scraping for coltan in mines, which is used in rich industrialized nations to manufacture cell phones on which we watch free workshops for individual enrichment? How do we reconcile this with humanity?

In the video performance “Finanzielle Fülle”, the protagonist clearly has had enough. Enough of self-promotion, self-optimization, capitalism. And yet she still records this video. Despite her self-irony, the brutality of her exploitative treatment of herself remains; in which this video also becomes an attempt to gain dubious visibility and thus “financial abundance” in a sensationalist way.
